How to request a refund

Email us at hello@dawnstep.com.au with your order number and the word "refund". We'll reply within 24 hours with simple return instructions. Once your return is on its way, we process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You don't need to explain why — the guarantee is unconditional within 30 days of delivery.
